My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Birthdate:  07/22/2023

Breed: One of a kind

Weight:   29 lbs

In the world of pups, where tails wag with unbridled joy and puppy eyes melt the sturdiest hearts, there's a dynamic duo bound to leap into your life and fill it with laughter—please give a round of a-paws for Mudbud and Cole! This pair of playful furballs is on a mission to spread their boundless love and penchant for adventure.

Mudbud, with his heart as vast as the ocean, showers affection like it’s going out of fashion. He’s your go-to cuddle buddy, always eager to express his love. Cole, with a sprinkle of mystery, takes his sweet time warming up. But once he does, he unveils his whimsical world of self-entertainment that's just as endearing. Both pups cherish their playtime, from the joyful jostles with toys to the ecstatic dashes across open fields. Treats? Say no more. Their eyes gleam with anticipation at the mere rustle of a treat bag.

Though inseparable in spirit, Mudbud and Cole are open to finding their forever homes separately, spreading their unique blend of joy and companionship further. These silly boys, with their hearts on their sleeves and paws ready to play, are on the lookout for a family that embraces fun, games, and endless cuddles. Will you be the one to continue their story of adventure and affection?

Walk-ins are welcome! Stop by during our open hours to meet our available dogs!!

Before you can adopt, please complete an adoption questionnaire on our website at pawscrossedny.org/dog-adoption-questionnaire. If you have any questions, please email us at adoptions@pawscrossedny.org for more information. Please understand that we cannot hold any pets. All adoptions are done on a first come, first adopt basis for pre-approved applicants.

The Shelter software system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We encourage you to select your new companion by considering each dog's individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on a breed label that is only a guess.
