My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I'm Skippy Jon Jones!

I was found living at a gas station in Wright City, MO with my brofur when I was only a few months old.  My paw was badly burned from the heat of the blacktop and I had some injuries to my ears and neck.  The nice ladies at Heartland trapped me and put medicine on my paw for the burns. I got antibiotics, yummy food and lots of snuggles until I was feeling much better.  I am very affectionate but may take a little to warm up - loud noises scare me still.  I am very playful and really enjoy the puffy balls.  My foster mom is trying to teach me fetch.  I am finally ready for my new family!  I'd love be adopted with my brofur Purrito but it's not a requirement.

My foster mom thinks I have some maine coon in me as I have large paws and my head has a similar shape to coonies.  I am good with other kitties and doggies.  I think I'm good with kids but that hasn't been tested yet.  Apply to meet me today!
