My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Look who is cruising up ready to announce his adoption debut! SEAMUS! Seamus is a young pomeranian mix we pulled from Baldwin County when he needed immediate medical attention. One eye removed and lots of love from his foster family and he is ready to find a home of his own. Seamus is the biggest love bug you will ever meet and the silliest boy. He loves to talk to you, especially when food is involved! We get it, we love food too! He would do best in a home with a yard and no smaller children since he is a smaller guy. He is housebroken and kennel trained. He requests a home that will let him snuggle in bed. Included in each adoption: age appropriate shots, microchip, and spay/neuter surgery. Prior to meeting or adopting any of our wonderful animals, we ask that you please fill out our online application: https://form.jotform.com/223268341300041 We are a 100% volunteer organization and have to work other jobs to pay the bills. Please give us up to 48 hours to respond. Submission of an adoption application does not obligate you to adopt nor does it guarantee approval. We look forward to hearing from you.November 21, 2024, 11:56 pm

More about this rescue

Rosalie and Friends was created out of the President's dedication to help the under dogs and cats. She has taken in and rehabilitated the sick and injured for years. Late 2022 a well respected animal 501c3, Friends of the Escambia County Animal Shelter, dissolved and turned the organization over to Rosalie and Friends. We have assumed responsibility of several programs from them, to include sponsorship for heartworm treatment of animals adopted through the shelter. We also provide medical assistance for shelter animals and have a fospice program to get senior pets from the shelter and into loving homes through end of life. Our logo is "Fospice and fixer uppers" but that has not stopped us from helping others that cross our paths.
