Cannoli is a gorgeous, sweet fluff boy with a gentle spirit who is looking for a quiet, loving home where he can relax and connect with his people. He is cautious at first and may take a little time to get to know you, but he's such a loving guy once he's sure you're his friend. He absolutely loves wand toys and will jump after them heartily at playtime. He also enjoys chasing and wrestling with his sister, Panna Cotta, they are an inseparable pair. If you're ready for a sweet spirit who is ready for his forever family, Cannoli is your boy!

Cannoli has non-dominant energy with others, and while he may sometimes play rough with his sister, she is easily able to keep up with him. In a group setting, Cannoli will make the rounds and give friendly head-butts to all his animal buddies. He has always made new kitty friends easily and genuinely likes them. If you have other pets that are open to new friendships, he will be happy to know them. Cannoli is fully box-trained and on a very healthy wet/raw grain-free diet. He must be adopted with a lifetime friend, and he is bonded with his sister, Panna Cotta (KRLA-A-8397).

We adopt animals to homes in the Los Angeles area and neighboring counties.
Our cat adoption questionnaire https://kittenrescue.org/adopt/cat-adoption-form/ is first step of our adoption process, which also includes a home visit, the signing of an adoption contract, and payment of our adoption fee.
Adoption Fees
$150 for a kitten or cat up to 10 years old, or $250 if you adopt a pair.
Cats above 10 years old have a fee reduction of 50%, for an adoption fee of $75 each.
Our dog adoption fee depends on the dog breed and age.

Many of our kitties live in foster homes and can be visited at one of our four weekly adoption events or by arranging directly with the foster.

More about this rescue

Kitten Rescue is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization devoted to finding loving homes for unwanted, homeless cats and kittens. We rescue cats and kittens from the streets of Los Angeles and from City Shelter euthanasia. Since our start in 1997, we have grown into one of the largest, most well-respected animal welfare groups in LA.

Kitten Rescue volunteers adopt out over 2,000 cats and kittens into homes every year. We educate the public about responsible pet guardianship, how to care for kittens and cats, and the importance of spaying and neutering. Kitten Rescue makes educational material available via events, print, school presentations and here on our website. We also provide Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) assistance for communities in and around Los Angeles, and teach people how to manage and care for feral cat colonies.
