My name is Mae Mae!

Mae Mae came into our life in Jan 2022. She had lost both her human parents and was staying with a family member that could not keep her. We had just lost our dog when we connected with Mae Mae. She has been a good addition to my family and at the time she helped fill a void. We had a nice home when we took her and was able to give her the love and attention she needed. Recently, we had to move out of state for work. New positions are requiring a lot of travel. We downsized into a small home, without a yard for her. She is stuck inside all day, by herself and being boarded when we travel. This move and new living conditions are taking a toll on her as well as us. She is sad and lonely. She loves other dogs and this would be ideal for her to have companionship (not needed though if the family can dedicate time to her). Not great with young children. She is older now, but still has a pep in her step. She loves her toys, especially balls. Please consider being her new home.
