My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This handsome boy just had a hip surgery, but you'd never know. Pillsbury has plenty of pep and energy despite being in recovery. His hobbies include eating snacks, wagging his tail, and reminding you to keep petting him.

Here are some notes from his foster:

He's a total cuddle bug and likes to sleep all night and naps frequently.
He never barks at all.
He is comfortable and affectionate with all people and dogs.
He is quite spry and easily handles stairs up and down.
Great appetite and does not mind being picked up. He seems to like football and sleeping on my lap or right next to me on the couch.
He will accept (if not demand) all the pets and snuggles you can give him. Once he builds trust with you, he is your loyal shadow, following you everywhere you go (unless food is involved, then food is a priority!) He has charmed some of my neighbors with his sweet demeanor and love of cuddles. He has a good amount of energy and gets so excited when you come home!

He loves to go on walks and gets so excited to see the leash, and seems to be potty trained! When it isn't walk time, he is a big fan of snoozing in the most comfy spot he can find. He doesn't seem to be interested in my resident dog (which is perfect because the feeling is mutual), so they co exist beautifully.

Pillsbury would be a loving addition to a calm household that is looking for a snuggly family member that is full of personality!
