My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We rescued Kells 4 years ago and after getting her discovered that she is mostly deaf. We noticed early on that Kells displayed signs of aggression towards children and other dogs in the home. She attacked our older dog several times and would lunge at children and occasionally adult guests in our home. She also has severe separation anxiety. We spent thousands of dollars on training and have trialed several anxiety medications both prescription and non prescription. While we’ve done our best to manage this behavior, we are now in a situation where we have a newborn in the house. For the safety of both Kells and our family, we feel it is in her best interest to find her a new home where she can thrive in an environment better suited to her needs.

She is very affectionate to my wife and I, and we believe she could do well in a home without young children, without a dog with a dominant personality and without many visitors
