Kona!

Kona is a sweet soon-to-be 8 year old Black Mouth Cur. We have been loving Kona in our home since 2020, when we sought a buddy at home to be a sister to our other dog, Lola. We found her on NextDoor from a family that was moving overseas and could not bring pets with. At that time, we had a family of 6 living at home, including our youngest who was 5 at the time.

Kona has always been the best companion and snuggler to all of us! She is fantastic with kids of all ages and loves playing with Lola. She is a protector of the family and loves walks and playing. She is well-trained and a very good listener. Get ready for her snoring though!

This sweet pup would do best in a home that can give her a lot of attention where she is also Alpha dog.

We are just a family looking to give Kona a great home and give Dad some allergy relief. We are willing to keep her in our home for a time to make sure both Kona and her next home are a good fit for everyone.
