Marty was rescued from being dumped in a rural area with other dogs. After about an hour of trying to catch him, his foster was finally able to get him close enough to smell some wet dog food. Poor guy never knew where or when he was going to get his next meal. As of 11/21 he is about 1 year old. He gets along with other dogs, unsure of cats, and would eventually be ok with kiddos. He’s still very slightly shy when you first meet him, but you can win him over quickly with a tasty snack! He is 38 lbs, and is pretty much full grown. He is doing great with potty training, and now goes straight into his crate and sleeps all night. He will just need a patient home that will let him come out of his shell on his own. It won’t take long. A few hours into his foster home, he was belly up with foster momma laying on the couch!
