Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Aria is a one year old 35 pound Goldendoodle. She is very sweet and gentle. Her former owner kept her outside and she was matted to the skin when she was rescued. Now she is much happier and is eating many small meals each day to put on weight. She now weighs about 35 pounds, but should gain at least 10 pounds.
Ari's former owner obviously did not know how to care for Ari and most likely was kept outside most if not all her life. She had to be shaved down so she can start over. Ari is wearing a sweater to keep her warm on these cold blustery days. Ari follows her foster mom like a shadow and sleeps by her bed every night. Ari still doesn't know what a toy is, either.
Ari gets along with the other foster dogs and with the foster mom's dogs. She doesn't play with them, but she's not afraid of or aggressive towards them. Because she lived outdoors, she is not reliably house trained. She's beginning to get the idea, though.
Ari has been vaccinated, microchipped, spayed, dewormed and tested negative for heartworms. Her adoption fee is $500.
If you are interested in adopting Aria, please write to PricelessPoochRescue@gmail.com and ask for an application to adopt Aria. We are a foster home rescue organization and Aria is living in a home. Once your application has been received and reviewed, we'll contact you about meeting Aria in person. She is now in western North Carolina, about 2 hours' drive from Chattanooga, Asheville and Atlanta.
