My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lily is a playful, 11-year-old coonhound who was rescued from SC. She is NOT A HUNTING DOG. She is an indoor/outdoor pet who needs space to run. She is fond of catching squirrels and treeing cats and possums. For that reason, she should not be placed in a home with a cat. She needs to be lead-walked daily. A very sweet dog, Lily is food-driven from her early days prior to being rescued. She will defend her food dish from other dogs. While she gets along well with other dogs, she will need to be introduced on a lead. Lily is bonded with Bodie, a beagle mix, so it would be good for them to remain together. We do not require a rejoining fee, but you must provide solid references.
