Meet Lucy! Lucy is just shy of 1 year old, currently around 45 lbs, and might have some Great Pyrenese in her mix. Lucy could join a home with dog-savvy older kids and would prefer to be an only dog. Cats are unknown.
Her foster says, `If you are looking for a shadow, here she is!! Lucy loves her humans and would love to be with you every moment she can. Luckily she also likes to play with other dogs, so you can have a break from all her attention she wants to lavish on you. She is a pretty calm girl, with spurts of play energy. Once she has had a nice walk or a game of tag with her pack mates she is ready for a nap in the fall sunshine or on the comfy sofa if she`s allowed. She is relatively quiet so far, but who knows if she will develop her voice to alert you once she knows what the routine sounds are. She is very sweet and loves to please, so training should be easy. She is warm and happy go lucky and will thrive with a family of her own.`
She is available for adoption in N Dartmouth on December 6th. Please fill out an application on our website at https://www.browndogcoalition.com/adoptable as a first step.
-Dogs may not be given as gifts or surprises. -Please thoughtfully discuss with your entire household the physical, safety, financial and emotional responsibilities of a dog BEFORE applying to adopt. - More information about our adoption process, application and adoption fees can be found at browndogcoalition.com
