Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Malcolm, the ultimate goofball! This 5-month-old pit mix is a bundle of energy, always ready to bounce into action. Whether he's chasing his tail or launching himself into a pile of toys, Malcolm brings joy and laughter wherever he goes. His silly antics and playful spirit make every day an adventure! His sweet, soulful eyes will have you lost in them, definition of "puppy dog eyes!
Malcolm is crate trained and house trained when on a regular schedule. He is too playful and rough for kitty cats but loves to play hard with other dogs (smaller dogs could be intimidated). He is a puppy and needs basic puppy training and structure, as all puppies do!
He is in the Huntsville, AL area and is fully vetted and ready for adoption! Please fill out an application if you are interested in Malcolm!

We have many wonderful dogs looking for homes! Our dogs are mainly fostered in one of our many experienced foster homes. All of our animals receive rabies vaccine, distemper/parvo vaccine, bordatella, microchip, and spay/neuter, as well as being kept current on monthly heartworm and flea prevention. All of our dogs come with complete medical records. Their adoption fee of $450 covers their complete age appropriate vetting, as well as transportation to your area.
Our rescue doesn't have an actual facility in the New England area. Due to this it is not possible to meet them prior to their adoption. Our dogs are brought up to their new owners weekly! Our transport service is certified through the USDA. We have a 14 day no questions asked money back guarantee and the dog can be returned to us if things do not work out. We try hard to make good matches with our animals and their adopters so that everyone has a happy life together! Our foster homes love the animals in their homes and will fully disclose everything about them – some can even Skype or send videos for you to see them in action.
We can provide references from other rescues, previous New England adopters, and our veterinarians if requested.
Go to www.FORrescue.net and click on "Adoption" and then "Applications" to apply for the animal you are interested in adopting.
Please email us at info@FORrescue.net with any questions you might have about FOR or our adoption process.

More about this rescue
Friends of Rescue is a certified 501(c)(3) organization formed in 2009, consisting of volunteers who are devoted to saving shelter animals that are in danger of euthanasia. Southern shelters have a constant overflow of dogs and cats, little funding, and limited space. Once the animals arrive at the shelter, they have very little time. It is our goal to help save these adoptable animals and find loving individuals/families who will provide committed, FORever homes. We are NOT professional trainers or animal behaviorists; simply volunteers who are trying to save these animals from euthanasia. Each animal in our program is in a foster home and receives all age-appropriate vetting while in our care.
