Hi! My name is Hickory and I’m at the Santa Barbara Campus. I’m a 2 month old, female, Shepherd mix.

Interested in meeting me? Please stop by during open hours: daily 12:00pm-4:30pm, closed Wednesdays. For more information on our adoption program, please email Adopt@SBHumane.org or call 805-964-4777.

Animals adopted from Santa Barbara Humane have been spayed/neutered, are current on vaccinations, and are microchipped. Adoptions include a complimentary health exam from a participating veterinarian, a starter bag of Purina food, and discounted dog training class fees.

All the supplies you need are available at SBH Retail Centers and sales help support our programs.

When you arrive, please stop by the front desk to meet with a counselor. Visitors are accompanied by staff or volunteers to keep our animals comfortable and minimize their stress.

Our campuses in Santa Barbara and Santa Maria offer adoptions, low-cost veterinary services, and affordable dog training classes. SB Humane is a local nonprofit organization not funded or controlled by any national animal protection group or governmental agency.
