Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Nala!
Nala has put a lot of thought into what she's looking for in terms of a home and a family. She's decided that as long as there is at least one person who loves her and two tennis balls, she could be a very happy dog. Nala loves to play fetch and always brings the ball right back to you so you can throw the other one for her. She also walks really well on leash and loves prancing around the city - that's another thing she could see herself doing with her human, once she's found them. Nala has met other dogs and would prefer a calmer friend to coexist around rather than a playmate or someone who'll do silly and rude things like jump on her while she's playing with her tennis balls.
**if you are interested in Nala, please complete an adopter's profile at parl.org and come in during our open hours**

The first step in our adoption process is to submit an adopter profile through our website. We then encourage you to visit PARL at 34 Elbow Street and get to know the animals we have available. You do not need an appointment, and we invite you to visit us often. PARL’s goal is to assist you in finding your best match for a lifelong companion.
When you arrive, you’ll sign PARL’s visitor log, and staff will direct you to PARL’s cat rooms, small animal spaces, or dog kennels (depending on your preference.) We encourage you to spend time outside with the dogs, or petting our cats and small animals. Please ask questions -- that's why we're here.
If you don't find what you are looking for the first time, please come see us again! Chances are that we will have some new furry friends available for adoption, and one of them might be purr-fect for you!
