Allison came to Mutts of the Midway with her 3 puppies; Teddy, Chico, and Anna. Her foster parents would describe her as cuddly; she loves cuddling up close on the couch with her foster parents. She gets an A++ at crate training and enjoys her crate; when she gets a toy she will bring it back to her crate and then come back to her foster parents looking for another toy and/or praise. She is eager to please! She has done well with learning commands like "sit and "stay. She can be timid at times, but she does warm up quickly. Allison is a homebody and prefers hanging out at home rather than going for walks. However, she is still active and a very excited girl who does enjoy playing.

Our mission is to provide Chicagoland families with adoptable dogs from across the U.S. and provide local education and resources.
We are excited to embark on this journey as a new foster-based rescue. We are looking to create a strong volunteer base. If you are interested please fill out our volunteer application here. As a foster-based rescue we need to have committed fosters in order to rescue and save mutts that are in need, if you know you want to foster a mutt for us fill out our foster application today!
