Mel is a kid-tested, parent-approved champ—he’s been lovingly "trained" by 3-year-old and 6-year-old and has patience! He’s great with other cats and would thrive in a home with a playful kitten buddy or young cat.

While Mel might play it cool at first, hiding when he meets someone new, don’t be fooled—this little guy warms up fast! Once he’s comfy, he’s all about lap snuggles and purring up a storm. And when it’s time for fun, Mel is the ultimate entertainer.

He loves pouncing on his brothers, wrestling like a pro, and chasing toy mice, jingly balls, or anything with feathers. His favorite hangout? The Barbie camper (because why not?). He’s also a big fan of tunnels and the three-tiered ball chase toy. After an action-packed play session, he’s ready to recharge with a cozy nap—preferably in a warm lap or sunny spot.

Mel is a curious, affectionate, and playful little guy who would do great in a home with or without kids. But if there are kids, he’s already a pro at handling their squeals and excitement—nothing fazes him! No accidents, no scratching, no nipping, just pure, gentle love.

Once your application is approved, we will schedule an appointment for you to meet the pet(s) you’re interested in.

Adoption is a huge deal to us. We make a lifetime guarantee to our companions. In return, we’re asking you to provide a lifetime commitment once you’ve invited a pet to join your family. We’re excited that you're considering adoption. We look forward to working with you to find the right match!

TIMELINE:
Our primary objective is to assure the correct match for the people and the pets that we’re sending to their forever homes. Our goal is to send dogs and cats home as quickly as we can, while still being thorough. Processing times will vary and are largely dependent on our ability to connect with your references, landlord, and veterinarian. To keep the process moving along, please make sure you’ve done your part:
1) Fill out your application completely - missing information slows down the process.
2) Let your references know to expect our call.
3) If you rent, let your landlord know to expect our call.
4) If you currently have pets, ask your veterinarian to be prepared to release your records.

LIFETIME GUARANTEE:
