Howdy! My name is Cowboy (A1933559), and I’m a 2-year-old male pittie who got rescued in the nick of time by Passion for Pitties! My foster mom is so great and she says that I’m friendly with people, kids, and dogs! I’ve been around kids and I love when they pet me! I get along with dogs except when the other dog is aggressive or reactive towards me, but other than that I love playing with most dogs! I’m potty trained and crate trained and when I have to go to the potty, I will let you know! I know all basic commands, and I love chewing on chew toys! I’m great in the car and I’m also good at entertaining myself! I have medium energy and while I like to play, I also really enjoy relaxing and taking a nap. My foster mom says that I can be a little sensitive to some noises and I’ll bark if I sense someone unfamiliar outside but it’s not aggressive, just me being protective! I’m a big boy and I’m strong! I’ll need some basic training to learn how to walk on the leash better! I’m low maintenance but love getting affection! I can’t wait to meet my forever family!

We will speak with you to ensure the pet you are interested in is the best match! Then, we will schedule your virtual home check.

Approve Application
Your application will be approved if everything checks and then you will be in our system as an approved adopter.

Meet the Pet
We will arrange for you to meet the pet and foster family. All resident dogs must also be part of the meet and greet.
5.
Sign Adoption Contract
If all goes well and you want to adopt you will sign our adoption contract that we email to you.
6.
Pay Fee
You will then pay the adoption fee to us through Venmo or Paypal.
7.
Take the Pet Home
Congratulations! You can then take your new furry friend home!
