I got Radar from an animal shelter. He was found as a stray and not much is known about him before he was found. The shelter estimates he is about two years old.
Radar is high energy and is mostly well-behaved. He rarely ever barks and has shown no aggression.
He is mostly house trained but needs some work. We have started basic obedience training and he is picking it up pretty well but has a long way to go.
Radar loves to play with other dogs and enjoys the dog par. He loves chasing and playing with a ball and he loves playing tug-of-war with a rope toy.
Radar takes a minute to open up to people so patience is required when introducing him, but once he opens up he is a bundle of joy and energy.
Because of his high energy and love of being outside, Radar would be best served in a house with a yard and/or someone who is around enough to take him out 4+ times per day, for at least 30 minutes each time. He would also benefit from another dog around the same age.
