Selena is a beautiful and charming dog who quickly wins the hearts of everyone she meets. She is deeply devoted to her human and has a loving, affectionate nature. Selena has a healthy appetite and loves devouring her meals. After a few days of adjusting post-spay, she’s back to her playful and bouncy self. She gets along well with other dogs and enjoys her walks, where she loves meeting new people and discovering new places. People can’t help but swoon when they see her! Potty trained and clever, Selena is always alert and attentive. One of her favorite things is snuggling under the duvet at night.

Once your application is submitted and approved for the dog you are interested in, someone will call you to start the adoption process

ADOPTION FEE*: Fees vary due to costs put into them, but START at $400 for adults and $500 for puppies.

The adoption fee is for the adoption of the pet. We make sure that our animals are or will be spayed/neutered, receive the proper vaccines and are microchipped and we cover the cost for that if it's not already done before you adopt.

More about this rescue

A Wish for Animals is an all volunteer run organization trying to help as many homeless animals as possible. We work tirelessly to help these animals become adoptable and work hard to find the them the right match so that you can enjoy your pet for the rest of its' life.

During Covid we have been inundated with applications, so please be patient with us as we all work full time as well and are doing our best to care for our animals and find the right homes for them.
