Diesel came to us as a 5 week old kitten who was nursed back to health along with his siblings and eventually adopted out when he was about 4 months old. His adopter went no-contact with us immediately and Diesel was unaccounted for almost 15 months despite numerous attempts to contact his adopter.
He was located by animal control over a year later, on the other side of town, across 2 major roadways. Thankfully he survived his time outside and was brought to safety. When they were also unable to reach his adopter, he was returned to our rescue.
He was very scared but still so sweet and so cooperative during his vet check to ensure he was healthy. He's doing well back in foster and is looking for a home where he'll be safe inside with a family who cares about him.
