Josie is a striking beauty with amazing blue eyes who is looking for a home! Josie is with our partner rescue in Louisiana hoping to come to NJ. We offer a foster-to-adopt trial to approved adopters.

Josie is was the result of an accidental litter. She was adopted as a puppy but returned to our partner rescue in Louisiana because they did not have enough time and energy to devote to a puppy. Josie is a little timid now so she takes a little time to warm up to new friends. Once she is comfortable, she is a sweet, well behaved girl. She is crate trained and she is a fast learner. She is nearly 100% on housebreaking but needs some work on leash training. Josie is dog and kid friendly and cat curious.

Josie is fixed, microchipped and up to date on rabies, DHPP and Bordetella vaccines. He tested negative for heartworm. Her adoption fee will be $550.

We require an application. After reviewing the application, your home sounds suitable for the personality of the animal you are looking for, then a home check and a meeting is set up. For our rescue animals an adoption donation is required. All our rescue animals are up to date on shots, heartworm tested or on preventative, dewormed frontlined and have a microchip.

Wag On Inn Rescue, A NJ recognized 501(C)3 organization, located in Freehold, NJ, is a small group of dedicated volunteers, trying to rehome dogs and cats. We have a variety of animals looking for their forever home. The animals are worked with individually to be socialized with other animals and with people. Some of the dogs are obedience trained and housebroken. Special care is also taken in working with animals on basic house manners. We have two types of ways we help the animals. One is our rescue program, where we pull animals from shelters and they stay with us until adopted, we also have a "referal program" where we help owners of pets try to find them new homes. with this program, the pets stay with their owners until a new home is found, and adopted from the owner.
