All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, shots current (DHPP, Bordetella and Rabies where applicable), dewormed, flea and tick treated, and microchipped.

Quince is a 10 month old Border Terrier x Wheaten Terrier mix ready to provide a sweet addition to her forever home! Quince flew across the ocean from South Korea from our partner rescue, who do amazing work to save dogs and give them a second chance to find their happily ever after. She was living on the streets before they scooped her up and before she knew it, she was a globetrotter! Quince weighs 23 pounds and we expect she will be in the 25-28 pound range when she reaches her adult weight. If you’re ready for a burst of flavor and love in your life, you won’t find a sweeter addition than our Quince!
Quince is an affectionate and cuddly gal who loves giving kisses and hugs to her people! Once she arrived off the plane, it took her a few days to get comfortable, but once we saw her personality start to emerge, we got to know this amazing gal! She now loves her walks and her sunbathing sessions on the patio. She’s discovered the joy of fetch with a ball or her chew toys. She loves collecting all of her stuffed toys and piling them on the couch as she’s found more of them. Quince is a fabulous option for a home looking for a WFH companion, as she loves lounging wherever you’re hanging out! Quince is the kind of gal who’s pretty content to lounge around until you’re ready for a romp outside, then she’s springing up and is ready to go! This gal is a total sweetheart who has truly taken her second chance and zoomed away with it. She would love a home ready to shower her in love and adoration. She would be the perfect companion for a home with a lot of outdoor adventures on their bucket list! Quince is even world-class at cuddling, molding herself into your lap and burrowing as close to you as she can. What an adorable snugglebutt!
Quince wakes up around 7:30 AM after sleeping through the night quietly in her crate. She goes out for potty and then comes inside for breakfast around 8 AM. Once she finishes eating, she goes on a 20-30 minute walk around the neighborhood. Quince settles into her dog bed as her foster mom gets the workday started. She’s great at keeping herself occupied with a toy or a chew. She goes on another walk in the lunch hour and then settles in for another nap. She has dinner at 5:30 PM and then hangs out in the living room watching TV until she is ready for bed. She goes out for one more potty and then heads to bed around 10:30 PM.
Quince currently lives with a large breed dog who she’s found joy in chasing and playing with outside. It’s been so fabulous to see her start to enjoy the little things. Quince is house trained and crate trained. She is working on her leash walking skills but is making progress quickly! If you’re ready for a cuddly and adorable new best friend, you won’t find a better candidate than Quince!
Quince is only an option for homes with prior dog owning experience. Kids should be over the age of 8.
