My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello there, I'm Majesty! My heart is as big as my name suggests, filled with love and kindness. I'm sweet, friendly, and gentle, always ready to give you a cuddle or play a game. I'm loyal, too - once you're my friend, you're my friend for life. Right now, I'm fighting heartworm, but don't worry, I'm strong and brave. My treatments require rest, so I'll need a calm, loving home where I can recover. The fees are being taken care of by my friends here at GHHS I only need my family to take me to my appointments. Despite my condition, my spirit remains unbroken. I'm playful, cuddly, and I promise to fill your life with joy. Adopt me, and let's create a heartwarming story together. Must live in Madison County until Heartworm treatment is completed.

Additional adoption info

Adopters must be at least 19 years old.

If you rent, you must have permission from your landlord and pet fees must be paid in advance.

If adopting into a family, we require all members of the family to be in agreement about adopting. For families that already include another dog, we typically require a meet and greet; this may be hosted on the GHHS property, or at the potential adopter's home.

Some animals may require a home inspection.

Verification of current pet(s) vaccine/vet records.
