Hi my name is Pizzazz,

Whew!  It's been quite the journey for me.  I was removed from a house that had too many cats and as a kitten I was completely ignored and not socialized. After medical I went to a foster home where I spent 10 days under a futon, I was stubborn.  I couldn't be tempted by food, treats, toys, stuffed animals and certainly not touching.  Finally,  I started to feel safe and came out to play with a toy being waived around.  From there, I learned it feels good to be petted and I actually ask for it each morning and evening.  I want to play with the adult cat in the house but she wants nothing to do with me, so my next step is to head back to shelter so I can play with other kitties my own age and continue my journey.   I am a gorgeous red mackerel tabby (unusual for a girl) and with a little patience will make a wonderful companion.
