My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Geri, a stunning 10-year-old Tortoiseshell beauty who’s navigating some big life changes. Geri can be a little shy at first, but with time and patience, she’ll show you the sweet and loving cat she truly is. Her striking coat reflects her resilient spirit, and she’s ready to blossom in a quiet, understanding home where she can feel safe and loved.

Geri is looking for someone who understands the beauty of a slow, gentle connection and can give her the stability she needs to thrive. If you’re ready to open your heart to this lovely lady, she’s ready to start a new chapter with you.

More about this shelter

Founded in 1868, The SF SPCA is a community-supported nonprofit dedicated to saving, protecting and caring for cats and dogs. We do this through immediate care of animals that are homeless, ill or in need of an advocate, but we also work to educate the community, reduce the number of unwanted kittens and puppies through spaying/neutering, and improve the quality of life for animals and their companions.
