My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Zora is the LAST kitty from a couple of litters of kittens we took in 5 years ago. She was very shy, but has really come around recently. Might have something to do with the steady supply of treats she is now getting...hmm... Zora is a BIG girl and she's not just big boned. Zora is chubby. She needs a few months at kitty fat camp. Short of that, may be fewer treats and more wet food. Zora can be a real bully to other cats so it would be better if she were an only cat.

Zora's adoption fee is $65.00 which includes shots, FeLV test (negative), microchip, and spay surgery that is already done. She is litterbox trained.

Prior to meeting or adopting any of our wonderful kitties, we ask that you please fill out our online Cat Adoption Application on our website AAFlorida.org.  There is a link on the top of the home page. Click on "Fill in", you don't have to register.  For more information about this kitty or any others, you can contact us at aaFlorida2@gmail.com or 850-377-2132.  We are a foster organization and don't have set hours we are open - but we will gladly set up an appointment for you to meet any cat.  Of course, you're under no obligation to adopt if you come to meet any of our fabulous felines.

Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.

More about this rescue

We are an all volunteer organization saving lives in the Florida Panhandle through adoption, spay/neuter and TNR of community cats.

We are always in need of foster homes and volunteers. If you find a kitty or dog and are willing to foster it - we can help you find it a furever home. Can't foster or adopt right now, help socialize kittens. The more people the kittens are exposed to the better is for them. We can always use volunteers. Work from home, work directly with animals, or work non-directly with animals helping us raise money or distributing fliers.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE spay or neuter your pets! Escambia County pound puts down over 1,000 animals a month! Through spay/neuter we can reduce that number.
