My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We recently had our first child and, while we were excited for her to grow up with dogs, the reality of helping her to grow and mature has made it difficult for us to provide the kind of life we want for Henry.

Henry is fun and loving. He is a 30lbs mini sheepadoddle with a black and white coat and is hypoallergenic. Henry was born in January of 2022. Henry can be nervous at times but also loves to lay around, chew on toys, and play tug of war. He is very smart and responsive to training. He loves to look for squirrels on walks, chase other dogs at the dog park, and snuggle on the couch during a movie.

Henry is crate-trained and house-trained. He does very well with sit, down, stay, jump, shake, and roll-over commands.

We would love to see Henry end up in a home with an active owner or family. Because he is so smart and trainable, a seasoned dog owner that wants to add to his repertoire of tricks would be a bonus.
