My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

~~Although we do our very best to make sure your new pup is in tiptop health before adoption, things could drastically change a month later.  Since we don’t have a long health history of your adopted dog, we can only treat the pet for whatever symptoms present during the initial exam and follow up exams.~

Health: ***** No obvious health issues found during vet exam *****
Temperament:
Your Future Best Friend! Are you ready to welcome the sweetest puppy into your life? Meet Roo, a lovable 5 1/2-month-old bundle of joy! With a unique mix of Pomeranian, Pyrenees and nine other breeds, Roo is on the larger side and is ready to fill your home with love and laughter.

Roo is not just any puppy; he’s a master cuddler! His favorite pastime is holding your hands and giving the best hugs. When you pick him up, he becomes a limp ragdoll, completely relaxed and ready for snuggles. This goofy boy has an infectious energy that will keep you entertained as he runs and plays, either solo or with his doggy friends.

Toys are Roo's absolute favorite, and he loves to explore new ones with boundless enthusiasm! He’s already kennel trained and does fantastic in his crate at night and when you’re away from home. While we haven’t started leash training yet, we’re confident he’ll pick it up in no time with a little guidance.

Roo has a playful personality and loves to chat, often filling the house with his adorable barks that will surely make you smile. He was a bit high-strung when he first joined us, but he has settled in beautifully and is now a calm, loving companion.

If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate, and goofy addition to your family, Roo is the perfect match! Apply to adopt this delightful pup today, and get ready for a lifetime of love and laughter! Let Roo bring joy to your home! --

Where did he come from: He was seen being thrown out of a car.

 Adoption: ***** $500.00 ***** Weight: 11.0 lbs. Approximate age: 6/11/2024

Additional adoption info

Please allow up to 72 hours for a response.

Adopting one of our dogs requires that you fill out an adoption application, have your references checked, and let us visit your home.

The required minimum adoption donation is $250. That amount covers the spay/neuter, annual vaccinations, heartworm testing, and one month of heart worm preventative.

We spend about $300.00 just to treat the pommies that are heartworm positive. We have invested more than $1000.00 in several of our pommies--treating them and kenneling them. Kenneling cost $16 a day per dog. We need foster homes!
