This little thing is Vivi. She's under 1 year old and under 14lbs. She came from a high-kill shelter and we honestly don't know why anyone would leave her there because she is the sweetest little thing. She still has her puppy energy and enjoys playing with other dogs. She loves people, especially when they have treats. She would benefit having another playful dog in the home.
