My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I adopted Oliver from a family friend when he was 6 weeks old. He is about to turn 8 years old in January. His mother is a standard dachshund, and he is mixed with chihuahua and maltese. He's a medium sized dog despite his mix.
Oliver is extremely friendly and loving but a needy boy and often demands attention and food. I have to keep him on low-calorie dog food due to being so food motivated and being prone to obesity. He loves to be with you and snuggle and is used to the companionship of 2 other dogs, but he does perfectly fine alone as well. He could thrive in a lot of different environments. For an older boy, he has a TON of energy for playing, walks, or for going to the park but won't overwhelm you when you're just chilling inside your house. He has been a joy to my life since I've had him.

I am working on getting him an anesthetic dental cleaning (his teeth are admittedly not in good shape currently) and his updated rabies vaccination that's due in December.
