Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
We got Louie from animal shelter in 2018, approx 6 months old. He was nervous for the first 2 weeks, but became very affectionate and is a lap cat for sure. He is a little rough with our other cat, but, I do think he would benefit from another cat to play with. He is considered high maintenance because he gets bored and stressed easily and sprays the basement. He gets stressed when we are not home for overnights, or long days and when there are other cats in the yard (we have a lot of strays in our neighborhood). As my children are now teens, we are home less, with work, sports and other obligations. He is not adjusting well and requires someone who will be home often. He loves to be around his people, and isnt scared of guests. He loves to sleep in your lap for long naps and play with toys. Loves his climbing/scratch tower and uses all of his scratching posts, never furniture. Needs a lot of mental stimulation, loves to play with toys and treat mazes. Strictly indoor.
