Luffy has been waiting over a year to be adopted!!!

This sweet boy was totally emaciated when we found him. We were looking for another dog that day and Luffy took his chance as to say….. “what about me?” With those piercing eyes, he quietly followed the rescuer with his head hanging. He was starving. His bones were sticking out from every angle of his body. But he just followed and hoped. A dog abandoned like garbage but with a spirit that refused to break.
