Cranberry Sauce is a 3-month-old, 3lbs spayed female kitten from the NYC ACC.
This little girl has been through so much! When she was first found, we thought she just had a bad case of an eye infection. However, after being shaved down for her enucleation surgery, the vet found multiple puncture wounds on the right side of her face and even one inside her mouth. We think she got bitten by another animal and because she was so tiny, the damage was severe. It took a few weeks for Cranberry Sauce to heal from the trauma. Now she is almost at the finish line and can't wait to meet her forever family!
Despite everything that she's been through, Cranberry Sauce is nothing but a sweetheart. She is always purring so loud. Loves sitting on her foster parent's lap. She has an amazing appetite and has gained a lot of weight while in foster. She is OBSESSED with her foster siblings and would need to be adopted to a home with another cat. Cranberry Sauce would make a great pair with another Waggytail kitten — please let us know if you're interested in adopting two!
Cranberry Sauce is up to date on shots, FeLV/FIV negative, dewormed, spayed, and microchipped.
To apply for Cranberry Sauce, visit our website (www.waggytailrescue.org) for an adoption application. It is important to fill out an application as soon as possible for consideration, and we require a complete application for you to meet an animal. We are currently unable to respond to general email inquiries as an all-volunteer run rescue. If the animal is on our website, they are still available.
Waggytail Rescue CANNOT guarantee the exact age of any adoptable cat, or final size of any of our adoptable kittens. We rely on the information provided to us by veterinarians, shelters, owner surrenders and other circumstances bringing the cat into our rescue.
