Meet Flower, a sweet and loving female pit bull with a heart as big as her name suggests. Rescued from the euthanasia list, Flower has quickly shown just how special she is. She adores everyone she meets, especially children, and has a gentle, affectionate nature that makes her an instant friend. While she’s still learning the ropes of indoor life, having never been in a home before, she is potty trained and crate trained. With her sweet disposition and eagerness to learn, Flower is ready to find her forever home, where she can bloom into the loving companion she was always meant to be.

Once your application is submitted and approved for the dog you are interested in, someone will call you to start the adoption process

ADOPTION FEE*: Fees vary due to costs put into them, but START at $400 for adults and $500 for puppies.

The adoption fee is for the adoption of the pet. We make sure that our animals are or will be spayed/neutered, receive the proper vaccines and are microchipped and we cover the cost for that if it's not already done before you adopt.

More about this rescue

A Wish for Animals is an all volunteer run organization trying to help as many homeless animals as possible. We work tirelessly to help these animals become adoptable and work hard to find the them the right match so that you can enjoy your pet for the rest of its' life.

During Covid we have been inundated with applications, so please be patient with us as we all work full time as well and are doing our best to care for our animals and find the right homes for them.
