Jess is an adorable little girl pup who arrived to us from Oklahoma on November 18th. She is doing awesome in foster, settling in and learning the ropes!
- 14 pounds and approximately 3 months old
- Mom dog is 20 pounds and we do not know what dad dog was. We anticipate Jess will be approximately 30 - 40 pounds full grown but cannot guarantee size at maturity.
- Great with other dogs
- Would likely do fine with cats since she is the perfect age to get her used to them
- Good with kids and fostered with a 3 year old child
- Working on her crate training and she does pretty well
- Potty training is a work in progress as any young dog her age would be. She readily goes potty when she's taken outside.

Jess has had three rounds of puppy vaccines, is microchipped, dewormed, and current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Her adoption fee includes her spay surgery at one of our partner veterinary clinics when she is between 6 - 12 months old. Her adoption fee also includes a free wellness exam at one of our partner veterinary clinics in Oregon City, Milwaukie, Portland or Tualatin.

Interview
We give you a call over the phone. If we think you and the dog could be a good match we provide you with the foster home's contact info.

Meet the Pet
Call the foster home and set up a time to meet the dog you're interested in.
4.
Home Check
If you like the dog and want to finalize the adoption, we would drop the dog off at your home during a home visit.
5.
Sign Adoption Contract
We will email or provide you a physical copy of the adoption contract to complete when you meet the dog.
