Meet Rising Sun, a precious 8 week old, 2.5 pound Yorkie Mix girl being fostered in McKinney, TX. Only Texas applicants will be considered.
May I have your attention please?
Introducing Princess Rising Sun of Stickhorse Ranch, daughter of Queen Mila.
On September 19, 2024 I came into this wonderful world at about 3 AM in the morning. I am a beautiful Black and Tan Yorkie mix puppy girl and I weigh a little over 2 1/2 pounds of sweetness and puppy breath.
I am an inquisitive girl almost 8 weeks old. I will get my first set of puppy shots in two weeks. I am weaned from my Mommy and eating both soft canned puppy food and hard kibble for puppies all from Hills Science Diet.
I am learning how to play with toys and the other foster residents here. I also have discovered my voice. I am very, very curious and always looking for a way to escape the condo Foster Mom built for mommy and me and so far I have not escaped, but I will very soon in the future.
I need to get three sets of puppy shots before I can be adopted. Each set of puppy shots are four weeks apart. So if everything goes according to plans I should be able to join my Furever Family and Castle in the second week of January 2025. Being a girl, I will also need to be spayed in the future.
In the meantime, as I become a more mature puppy, I will be showing my personality, quirks and possible bad habits, so stay tuned as I will be back and updating my biography as I grow older.
If you find you have a few extra bucks in your pockets or purses, would you please consider a donation to UYR for me and my future veterinarian bills?
If you have any questions about me, you can email my Foster, mom. @ stickhors@gmail.com
