My name is Laura!

We got Laura through a rescue organization in 2015. We believe she's about 10 years old at this point. She's not aggressive and does not scratch or bite, but she doesn't like other animals invading her personal space and so is no longer a good fit for our family. Laura is much better with humans, and can be affectionate, with the right people.

Laura does have a long-standing problem using the litterbox and sometimes goes on the floor around the box itself. She's not incontinent and will not go in any other room of the house but you may want to do what we do and put some puppy trainer pads down around the litter box just to be safe.

Laura would make a good companion for somebody without other pets who is looking for a calm, mature cat without any major behavioral or health problems.
