My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Patches! This gal is a gorgeous and unique looking two year old mama 😍 She did an amazing job raising her babies and is now ready for adoption!

She is a gentle and affectionate cat that is full of love. She has settled perfectly into indoor life, and wants nothing more than a loving family to bond with. She LOVES being pet... as well as food 😸Patches will purr away ❤️ She's super friendly and will walk right up to humans seeking love. She enjoys her wand toy and is a total sweetheart! She has great lap cat potential in her new home - she enjoys being out and about with her people, soaking up attention 💕

Patches is kid, cat, and dog friendly. She would do great in any home that gives her the cuddles she seeks! Patches can be adopted with one of her orange kittens - Bobbin or Button. If you adopt one of the boys, Mama’s adoption fee is waived!

Additional adoption info

Each pet that is available for adoption is in a foster home for a minimum of 2 weeks after being rescued. This allows the animal to decompress and show their true personality, which in turn helps us find their best match.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

Visit https://operationfreedomride.com/ and click "available pets" to see who is available for adoption.

Periodically we have adoption events around the greater Rochester, NY area; however, we largely rely on the application process to best match people/families with available pets and then set-up a meet and greet to make sure it's a great match before finalizing the adoption.
