My name is Fearn!

Hi! I'm Fearn. I'm a soft and sweet female Dilute Calico, with an estimated birthdate of May 14, 2024 who's looking for a new forever family. I showed up in someone's garage and my good Samaritan tried to find my previous owner but was unsuccessful. They already had all the pets they could care for, so now I'm searching for a place to call my own. I'm a little shy at first, especially with other kitties, but once I get comfortable and my worries are set aside, I love to play! I'll chase wand toys all day long if you let me. I'm still learning to feel safe, so sometimes new things make me a bit nervous, and I look for a safe space to recharge. If you give me time, I'll show you just how sweet I can be. I love being pet and held by loving humans, and when I feel safe in your arms, I purr like a little engine. I'm looking for a cat loving family who will be patient with me as I slowly get to know my new home. I will need to start out in a small space so that I can feel safe and confident in my surroundings before introducing me to other areas of the home. I would do well with other friendly cats and perhaps a gentle dog if we are introduced slowly following Wild Blue's instructions. A stable adult home with kids older than 7 years who will be gentle with me and understanding would be ideal.
