Atlas is a sweet, resilient cat who’s currently looking for a foster home to help him recover from ringworm and some eye treatment. Despite his current health challenges, Atlas is a loving and gentle soul who thrives on attention and affection. He’s ready to curl up in your lap and soak up all the love you can offer while he heals. With your help, Atlas will soon be back to his playful, happy self. If you`re able to provide a calm, caring space for him during his recovery, Atlas will be forever grateful! Atlas is looking for a loving foster home to relax in while they are recovering.
Reason for Foster: Ringworm + eye treatment
Foster Time Frame: 2 Weeks +
Foster Care Plan: Atlas is being treated for ringworm which is a fungal skin infection. Atlas will also be receiving a daily eye medication to prevent any infections from occurring. This can be contagious, so it is recommended that they be kept in a room away from other pets. Be sure to wash your hands and change clothing after interacting with them. A room without upholstered furniture or carpet is ideal.
This kiddo will need regular lime sulfur dips and will go home with an antifungal medication. We will provide a full medical consultation at pickup to ensure you are prepared to take great care of this little one.
