Meet Salle!
Salle is a 2-3-year-old, approximately 20 lb sweetheart who just arrived from Mexico. Her story is heartbreaking but filled with hope: she was found on the streets in rough condition alongside two other dogs who seem to be her relatives. Thankfully, our rescue partner in Mexico took them in and gave them the care and love they needed to recover.
Now fully vetted and ready for her forever home, Salle has quickly shown her foster family how much she adores affection—both giving and receiving! She thrives on attention and being around others, so we believe her ideal home would include another dog companion and a fenced-in yard where she can explore and play.
Salle is still learning how to walk on a leash, but bring a pocketful of treats, and she'll eagerly work to improve her skills. She will need some ongoing training. She’s proven to be low-shedding, with no evidence of fur left behind on furniture or clothing. While her exact mix is a mystery, we think she might be part poodle and 100% sweetness.
