Phoebe is 1 of 6 puppies that came to our rescue after being slashed with a razor blade by a terrible human. Her and her siblings are completely heeled, thriving and doing great. She loves to play and cuddle up on the couch. Athena would make a great addition to a loving family. In state (Illinois) adoption only. Birthday 9-2-2024
