Meet Hazel, a young dog full of life. She`s playful and cuddly, always ready to make you smile with her energetic antics. She is affectionate and loves being petted while lounging on your lap. Her curiosity is contagious, making every day an adventure. She enjoys tugging, toys, running, water, and walks. She can be a bit shy, but once she warms up to you, you`ll have a loyal friend for life. Hazel is a bit jumpy and clumsy; her enthusiasm for life can`t be contained. She`s intense and noisy, sometimes mellow, other times exciting, but that`s part of her charm. Hazel weighs 52 pounds and in the past has been rough with other dogs and children so she`ll need to live with kids at least 13 years old. She`ll need some training to help her understand her own strength and tone down her play style. This is why both adopters gave her up. She also needs help with leash walking but her last adopter said she is now house trained and knows how to use a doggie door. She`ll need your patience and love as she adjusts to a new home. She knows the sit, down, shake and come commands. Hazel is not just a pet, she`s a companion, a friend, a source of endless joy and laughter. She`s waiting for someone to share her love and energy with. She never wants to be alone and can be lovably needy. Could that be you? Adopt Hazel and experience the unconditional love and companionship only a pet can provide. (tw 12/15/2024)
