Benji = sweet, happy go lucky, always ready for an adventure, alert, fast and strong, stubborn and so easy to love!
He is a 9 month old, 50 pound mix - who looks to be Lab/Husky/Corgi mix. He was rescued from a shelter where he
arrived as a stray. Super friendly with kids, adults. His notes stated he came in as a stray with missing fur on his back, which the vet determined is a result of an old injury. They expect it to heal with no problems.
He is super friendly to all he meets-and does not have a mean bone in his body. He does need patience and continued gentle training, as he can be independent and stubborn. He has made so much progress in a short time is doing well with basic commands.
We are hoping to find a stable home that wants to help Benji achieve his full potential. Because he is going to make someone an amazing best friend, he deserves that as well.
They need to be very patient and loving in their training methods.
