*don’t have to go together but would probably do better together*
Location: Lexington, SC
Name: Beauty (solid black) & Beast (tuxedo)
Age: vet said 4-5 months but they’re only 3 lbs
Breed: Domestic Medium Hair
M/F: Beauty is F; Beast is M
Spayed/Neutered/Shots: has had first round of fvrcp, rabies, and are fixed. Beast is microchipped… have to double check if beauty is because it’s not on the papers. Will deworm this week.
Good with dogs, cats, and/or kids: good with other cats for sure - young enough to warm up to the others
Aggression or medical issues?: none
Reason for rehoming?: these guys were TNRed with a colony that is being relocated to my house as there are major safety issues at their current location. These guys have never been handled before by humans, but when I went to release them this morning I discovered that these 2 are not really feral at all. Don’t get me wrong, they’re still a bit shy and will take time to fully warm up, but I don’t want to fully release them this young when they had no problems being held and all that and could instead by adoptable.
Additional info/story (personality):
Just got them this morning so limited info on personality. Suggest containing to 1 room while they continue to adjust to being around humans. Will be working with them in the meantime (socializing further) along with determining more about behavior and getting more pics and so on, just figured I would go ahead and post in the meantime.
Message/comment if interested. Make sure if you message me to include the animal’s name since I have a lot of rescues I am trying to help rehome at the moment. Adoption application & contract required to ensure good home and remaining vetting is completed (2 more rounds of FVRCP).

We are foster based only at this time.

Meet and greets for cats are near impossible normally because we all foster/house both cats and dogs and the dogs "go off" when visitors come over making all the cats hide.

More about this rescue
In service of domestic animals in South Carolina, Frisky Business Rescue is a no-kill rescue that provides vital resources such as veterinary care, birthing assistance, medication, and rehoming or safe release (TNR) to the most vulnerable animals in the region. We specialize in animals with special circumstances that come from various backgrounds, including animal hoarding and abusive situations but primarily focus on vulnerable kittens, puppies, and pregnant/nursing dogs and cats. Before rehoming, we carefully screen new potential families to ensure the needs of our animals are met and that new homes will become furever homes.
