My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

#A5660395 Meet Tabitha , a 3-year-old pitbull with a stunning tuxedo coat and adorable brindle boots - and how cute are her white-tipped toes? She’s the perfect pocket-sized pittie with BIG puppy energy, always ready to play and have fun with every dog she meets! Tabitha is treat-motivated and takes them gently, which is wonderful for more training. But she needs no training to shower you with endless love and kisses - she’s already such a lover! Tabitha is a big cuddle bug who loves being adored, and once she's had her playtime and gotten some energy out, she is always ready for pets and snuggles. Curious about the world and super social with both people and pups, she’s a friendly, affectionate girl who’ll bring joy to any home. If you’re looking for a playful, loving lifetime companion, Tabitha is your girl!

  • 3 year old black and white pitbull

  • 48 pound spayed female - the perfect pocket sized pittie!

  • May need some standard shots and preventatives before you can take her home - this is easy to do through the shelter!

  • Came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 10/28/24 as a stray

  • Very affectionate

  • Very playful and wants to have fun with every dog she sees

  • Big puppy energy, but easily settles down once you burn some energy off

  • Loves to love and be loved - will smother you in kisses and beg for all the pets!

  • Treat motivated and takes them nicely

  • Curious about the world

  • Very sociable - good with both people and other pups

More about this rescue

United Hope for Animals is a 501c3 non-profit organization committed to creating a world where our relationship with animals is guided by compassion and responsibility. We actively work toward bringing an end to the needless suffering of companion animals through community-based programs here at home and across the border.

The United States euthanizes more than one million dogs and cats each year. Through our Shelter Support Program, we work in partnership with local shelters to reduce this number by raising public awareness about shelter adoption and facilitating rescue and adoption of sheltered animals. In the process, we bring dignity and hope to the many lives that would otherwise pass anonymously through the animal control system.
