My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Martin is a confident, playful kitten with an irresistible charm. He thrives on attention and will gladly make himself the center of your world. Whether he's chasing toys, exploring new spaces, or curling up for some snuggles, Martin is always ready to bring joy to your day.

This outgoing little guy would fit seamlessly into any home, adapting quickly and spreading his warmth to everyone he meets. If you're looking for a fun-loving companion who's as affectionate as he is adventurous, Martin is your purr-fect match!

More about this shelter

Founded in 1941 by the third female graduate from Cornell University’s College of Veterinary Medicine, SAVE is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit animal shelter dedicated to protecting the health and welfare of homeless companion animals in the greater Princeton area and beyond. Through six core programs of Rescue, Shelter, Health and Welfare, Spay/Neuter, Foster and Adoption.

The SAVE shelter facility has the capacity to house upwards of 100 animals at a time (approximately 75 cats and 25 dogs). The shelter exceeds no-kill benchmark standards and ensures that adoptable animals facing adversity are given a lifeline, a chance to flourish, and the promise of a better tomorrow.
