This female black/white kitten was rescued after it was walking around our property with a plastic drink container tightly wrapped around its neck and front leg. She was malnourished, had thin fur and a cut from the plastic (which has healed). We estimate she is approximately 5 months old. We were able to trap her and take the plastic drink container off of her on October 16th. We thought we had someone interested in providing her w/a forever home and it fell through. She is shy, but we are able to pet her, feed her and interact with her daily. She uses a litter box for urine, but is unsure about pooping in the litter box, but we are encouraging it. She currently prefers sleeping in a fully enclosed box with straw instead of a box w/a towel or on a heated pad. We would love to have someone provide her with a forever home. She has put on weight and has a full coat now, had 1 round of wormer as a precaution 2 wks ago. She is fed Iams kitten dry food and some soft kitten Sheba food.
