My name is Shaka!

Hi there! I’m Shaka, and I’m a sweet little guy looking for my forever home!

I’m a 3 months old lab mix, and I’m still figuring out the world, but I’m already a big fan of treats—they’re pretty much my favorite thing ever! When you’ve got the snacks, I’m all ears and ready to learn anything you want to teach me. My Foster mom says I could make a really good Rally dog with the level of engagement I already have. I might be a little cautious at first, but don’t let that fool you—I’m eager to be your brave little buddy and make you proud.

I get along with all of my Foster siblings, which include 3 dogs and 1 human child, and since I'm still young, I'll be quick to adapt to your life and your house. Since I'm just a little guy, I'm not potty trained yet, but I'm already starting to understand thanks to my Foster mom. We are also working on the crate training. I'm sleeping though the night with my brother in a crate.

I’m not too fond of big, tight hugs but I really do love being near you and getting sweet cuddles. I’m happiest when I can sit with you and know you’re close by—just a little reassurance that I’m not alone, and I’m good to go. ❤️ I might take my time warming up to new things, I’ll be your loyal sidekick for life!
